Utility of Mobile Ring Tones In Today’s Fast-paced Life
An incoming call or a message in the mobile phone is intimated to the owner of the device by the emission of sound commonly referred to as the mobile ring tones. With the widespread use of mobile phones, hearing a variety of mobile ring tones in airports, malls, restaurants and other public places is a common phenomenon which often assists in the identification of the user as well.

This is possible as most of the ring tones on the net are available in a variety of formats so as to cater to different models of cell phones.
Although the ring tones can be downloaded from the net in the requisite format to suit the individual mobile phones, it is possible for a user to create his own tunes with the help of a melody composer which is provided in certain models of mobile phones.
However, the first ever ring tone which was created in 2005 did not require the support from either the software or the digital audio player. Nowadays, there is another alternative through which an individual can produce ring tones which last for 40 seconds namely creating ring tones with the iPhone based on the song received through the iTunes library in AAC format.
Every coin has two sides and this is applicable to the use of ring tones as well as there are advantages and disadvantages of this facility. The main advantages are in form of profit earned by certain industries and proving to be a guaranteed method of informing the cell phone user of the incoming call.
The music industry in particular has been successful in harnessing this trend to its advantage and has therefore earned millions of dollars in the process. The disadvantage on the other hand lies in the deviations which have caused disturbances leading to the introduction of regulations which permit the use of this device only in certain specified locations.
A mobile phone user may enjoy this facility to choose among the various types of mobile ring tones which reflect his personality in the desired manner. Hence, a ring tone may be monophonic which features one note at a time, polyphonic which denotes the creation of several notes from synthesized instruments, true tone which is a audio recording and a part of a song or a sing tone which is in form of a karaoke featuring a recorded voice with a pre-set track to play as a ring tone.

On a Macbook, how do you set a photo in your iphoto library as your background/wallpaper?
I tried right-clicking but there was no option saying “Set as Background”. I’m sure there is an easy answer to this but I’m confused, my whole life I’ve used microsoft computers.
In the Dock, select System Preferences.
Click on “Desktop and Screensaver”.
Click on “Desktop”.
On the left in the scrolling area, select “Library” or whichever iPhoto roll the image is in.
Select the image you want for the Background.
Close that “Desktop and Screensaver” window or Quit from the System Preferences.
